  • You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the organizers.
• Event Conduct
  • All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward others.
  • The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee engaging in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct.

Indemnity and Liability Waiver

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Voluntary Participation: Attendance is voluntary, and you participate at your own risk. 

• No Employment Guarantee: Career Fest does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment opportunities. 

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, partners, sponsors, and venue from any claims, damages, or losses (including personal injury, property loss, or data misuse) arising from your participation. 

• Limitation of Liability: The organizers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in or inability to attend the event. 

• Personal Property: You are responsible for your own belongings during the event. 

You grant permission to the event organizers to photograph, record, and use your image, voice, or likeness for event documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes, without compensation.
